1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting Clearview Intervention, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, family members, and individuals who interact with Clearview Intervention or Clearview Consultants LLC in any capacity.

2. Description of Services

Clearview Intervention, operated by Clearview Consultants LLC, provides professional family intervention services, including intervention planning, family coaching, facilitation of the intervention process, and treatment selection assistance. All services are provided by Mike DiPalma, CADC, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 23 years of experience in the field.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Clearview Intervention provides professional guidance based on experience, training, and established best practices. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to a loved one's agreement to enter treatment, their continued participation in treatment, or their long-term recovery.

Every individual and family situation is unique. Results will vary. Engagement of our services does not constitute a promise or warranty of any particular result.

4. Not a Medical or Legal Service

The services provided by Clearview Intervention are professional intervention and coaching services. They do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric treatment, legal counsel, or any licensed clinical service. Nothing communicated by Clearview Intervention should be interpreted as a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, therapist, or attorney.

If you or your loved one is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (911) immediately.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services are discussed and agreed upon prior to engagement. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and refund eligibility, will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided at the time of engagement. All fees are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing before services begin.

6. Confidentiality

We understand that the nature of our work involves sensitive personal and family information. Clearview Intervention treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clearview Consultants LLC, its principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to outcomes of the intervention process, decisions made by any individual following an intervention, or a loved one's refusal to seek treatment.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for those services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms
